To begin ordering meals, UKF staff and students must first add credit to their meal account. Meal orders can then be placed through the University Meal System. www.stravovanie.ukf.sk

During the semester, meal credit can only be added via a bank transfer. o complete the transfer, use the following bank details: https://www.ukf.sk/stravovanie/kredit-na-stravovanie-zamestnancov-a-studentov

When making the transfer, ensure you include the correct variable symbol (VS) to allocate the payment properly:

• Staff: Use the VS found under "Personal Details" on the UKF website.
• Students and PhD Candidates: Use your Student ID number (5- or 6-digit personal number from your ID card).

Important Note: Transfers may take up to 3 business days to process. Once the transfer is complete, you can place meal orders in the UKF University Dining Hall via the Meal System. You can check your credit balance anytime by logging into the Meal System.

If the payment is not correctly allocated due to an incorrect or incomplete VS, it will not be credited to your account. In such cases, contact Gastromir within 30 days of the transfer. If no claim is made within 30 days, the payment will be returned to the sender’s account.

To request a refund for any remaining balance, send an email to kreditukf@gmail.com. Include your full name and account number in IBAN format where you’d like the refund sent.

Meals are served daily from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. on the previous day.
