At ESN UKF, teamwork is more than collaboration—it’s friendship, growth, and shared passion. Our diverse team supports each other like family, celebrating achievements and creating unforgettable moments. Central to our spirit are Moo Tilda the Cow and Hoorney Ram, our beloved mascots since 2011. They symbolize our fun-loving nature and accompany us on every adventure, from university events to exploring Slovakia’s wonders. These mascots remind us to keep things lighthearted while working hard to bring joy to Erasmus students. Together, we blend tradition, creativity, and laughter to make ESN UKF a truly special community.

• President:
  Leads the chapter, ensures smooth operations, and represents ESN UKF at local and international levels.
  • Oversees all activities and ensures alignment with ESN’s mission and vision.
  • Acts as the primary spokesperson for ESN UKF.
• Vice President:
  Supports the President and coordinates the internal workings of the team.
  • Acts as a bridge between team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Steps in for the President when necessary.
• Local Representative (LR):
  Serves as the link between ESN UKF and the national ESN network.
  • Represents the chapter at ESN Slovakia meetings.
  • Shares updates and opportunities from the national level with the local team.
• Communication Manager:
  Manages the chapter’s public image and communication channels.
  • Oversees social media accounts, newsletters, and official announcements.
  • Ensures timely updates and engages with the student community online.
• Web Administrator:
  Maintains the chapter’s website and ensures a smooth online experience.
  • Updates website content with upcoming events, team details, and student resources.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues and ensures the website aligns with ESN branding.
• Event Manager:
  Plans and organizes events that bring the Erasmus and local communities together.
  • Coordinates cultural, social, and educational activities.
  • Works closely with other team members to ensure event success.
• ESNcard Manager:
  Oversees the distribution and promotion of the ESNcard.
  • Ensures students receive their ESNcards promptly.
  • Promotes the benefits of the ESNcard and manages partnerships tied to it.
• Trip Coordinator:
  Organizes trips and excursions to help students explore Slovakia and beyond.
  • Plans itineraries, arranges transportation, and manages logistics.
  • Ensures trips are engaging and showcase Slovak culture and history.
• Partnership Manager:
  Builds relationships with local and international partners to support ESN activities.
  • Secures sponsorships and collaborations for events and initiatives.
  • Manages agreements and maintains partner relations.
• Active Member:
  Supports the team in various activities and contributes wherever needed.
  • Assists in organizing events, trips, and workshops.
  • Participates in brainstorming and offers creative ideas to enhance ESN UKF.
• Buddy:
  Acts as a mentor for Erasmus students, helping them settle into life in Slovakia.
  • Provides personal guidance, shares tips about local life, and offers a friendly face.
  • Encourages cultural exchange and builds lasting friendships.
